Batch Resending
Batch Resending
Sometimes you may find that you have a number of outstanding Billinks that are still due for payment. Rather than having to manually resend each one of these one at a time you can use our ‘Batch Resending’ feature.
First click on any of the blue boxes on the far left of each billink.
These will only be available for Billinks that are eligible for batch resending (i.e. not yet paid and have not been cancelled, refunded or settled)
Once you have a number of these outstanding Billinks selected you’ll note that the Batch SMS Resend button on the top right of the screen turns from grey to blue.
If you now click the Batch SMS Resend the following screen will be displayed:
This page shows the total number of Billinks selected, the names and total value of the Billinks you are going to resend.
When ready click ok and your Batch SMS will be sent out to all valid recipients over the next 5 mins. We throttle the sending of these reminders to about 5 per second as you can send over 100 reminders at a time.
