SOLO – Getting Started

We’re thrilled to announce our March release, packed with new features designed to streamline your experience with our dashboard, settings, transactions, and more. These enhancements are all about giving you more control and flexibility, allowing you to focus on what truly matters. Let’s dive into what’s new!

New Dashboard Page – Enhanced Dashboard: Insightful, Intuitive, and Interactive

The central hub of your analytics, our dashboard, has received a transformative update to provide you with richer insights at a glance.

Features:

  • Real-Time Comparison: The new top graph displays today’s volume in blue, letting you compare it against any past date. With just a few clicks, switch between gross volume and a count of successful payments, making data-driven decisions easier than ever.
  • Financial Overview: The right side of the dashboard now details your current Billink balance, including in-transit funds, ensuring you have a comprehensive view of your finances.
  • Customisable Graphs: Dig deeper with customisable (bottom) graphs showing volume and value. Compare different date ranges and filter by transaction types, like terminal transactions, for tailored analytics.

New Settings Tab – Centralised Settings: A One-Stop Shop for Customisation

We’ve decluttered the Dashboard and created a dedicated Settings tab. This centralised hub allows you to modify settings for your practice, communications, payments, and more – all in one convenient location. Plus, you can now update critical business details, like your practice email and IBAN, with secure OTP verification for immediate changes.

One-Stop Customisation

SEPA Payments Toggle – SEPA Payments: Flexibility at Your Fingertips

Following the successful launch of SEPA payments for transactions over €100, we understand the need for flexibility. With the new toggle feature in the settings tab, you have the option to enable or disable SEPA payments, offering the payment solutions that best fit your clinic’s workflow.

Transaction Page Enhancements – More Data, More Actions, More Clarity

Transparency is key in financial management. Our revamped transaction page now displays the last four digits of card numbers and their types at a glance. Action buttons for downloads and refunds have been added for quick access, and we’ve resolved the ambiguity of cancelled or unsuccessful terminal transactions – they’re now visible for easy tracking.

Payments Tab – Print Summary – Simplified Remittances: Print Summaries Instantly

Need a quick tally of all transactions? The new ‘Print Summary’ button in the Payments Tab makes it effortless to get a consolidated view of gross to net values, saving you time on report generation.

Editing of Receipts – Receipt Customisation: Tailored to Your Practice’s Needs

The first phase of our receipt customisation journey begins now. You can display additional information, like multiple location addresses or essential details for insurance purposes. While these changes are centrally managed, your feedback is invaluable—reach out to us for edits or to share your vision for future customisations. Sections A, B, and C are now editable – contact us directly if you’d like to change or display new information in these areas.

Website Payments Update – Enhanced Website Payments: Security Meets Convenience

To ensure accurate billing, our updated website payment page now requests the Medical Card number, reducing mistaken GMS option selections. This enhancement is just another step towards a seamless payment experience.

New PDF Viewer  –Streamlined Document Handling: View, Print, and Go

Gone are the days of downloading and opening documents for viewing. With our new PDF viewer, you can immediately view, print, or save documents directly from Billink, drastically reducing the time between payment and receipt printing.

Clicking the print button will now automatically open the document for printing

Conclusion

We hope these updates make your interactions with Billink smoother and more productive. As always, we’re committed to evolving with your needs, so please share your thoughts and experiences with these new features. Stay tuned for more enhancements, and have a billinking great day!
