Resend SMS
The Right ‘Three Dot’ menu option:
On the far right of the transaction page is a ‘Three Dot’ action menu. Clicking on it will reveal the following options:
Resend SMS
Send Simple SMS
View Details
Cancel Transaction
Resend SMS
You can also manually resend a Billink payment request at any time by clicking the ‘Resend SMS’ button. The same payment link that was previously used will be included in this message. You can amend all the text in the message (apart from the payment link) and when ready you can click the ‘Send’ button. Just like when sending on a mobile phone when you click ‘Send’ your message will be added to the scrollable message history shown for this number on this page. This can be useful to see what previous messages were sent to that patient in the past, along with their times of sending.
Note* if a message has been sent in the past to an incorrect or invalid number the ‘Resend SMS’ services is really useful as you can amend the Mobile number at the top of this page and click ‘Send’. This will resend out the same payment link as before to the new, correct, number.
