If a reminder is set the next reminder (with a countdown to send timer) is displayed here
Clicking the dropdown will show the 4 types of Billink SMS reminders– 24hr, 48hr, 7 day and 30 day. Reminders that are live for that particular transaction are shown in green, reminders that are inactive are shown in grey. You can cancel a reminder by clicking on the ‘x’ to the right of it which will display this window:
Click ‘Cancel Reminder’ if you are happy to do so. If you do not wish to cancel a reminder click the ‘Go Back’ button. Note* once you cancel a reminder you cannot reactivate it.
