SOLO – Getting Started

 

We have lots of customisable admin features in SOLO. These are accessible by clicking on the ‘settings’ icon on the top right of the Home Screen.

(if you haven’t already created your account go here: Create a SOLO account)

 

Access SOLO Settings by clicking the Settings Gear icon on the top right of the screen

 

 

This will launch the following menu:

Here is a brief overview of each of these options.

 

Change Password:

You can update/change your login password for Billink.

 

Balance Summary:

See your current Billink Balance, when your next payment is due, how much is in transit to your bank account, your SMS charges to be deducted and your estimated amount for next transfer.

 

Practice Image:

Upload your practices image that will be displayed to patients on their payment page.

 

Practice Documents:

From time to time we may ask you to upload verification documents such as Proof Of ID or Proof of address. You can securely upload these documents here.

 

Remittances:

You can use this option to set your remittance payments (payments from Billink to your practice bank account) from weekly to daily.

 

SMS settings:

You can customise the SMS layout and length here. Use ‘add-ins’ just like the ones we use in our integrated Billink solution here.

 

Billink Defaults:

Set a default consultation type and default payment type here. This can save time in the future and you can also edit these defaults just before you send a Billink SMS or take a Billink terminal payment.

 

Notifications:

Control how often and how we notify you about things such as remittance payments, cc’s of patient receipts and insight reports. Use the toggles here to switch on and off these notifications.

 

SMS Reminders:

For SMS Billinks you can set up reminders to be sent for unpaid Billings at 24hr, 48hr, 7 day and 30 days. Only Billinks that remain unpaid at these stages will have reminders sent out.

 

Personal Info, Professional Info, Payment Info:

Click on these options if you need to amend any info here. In most cases, for security reasons we will need to verify this information with you before it goes live.
