Billink’s 12 Draws of Christmas
Our first annual ’12 Draws of Christmas’ raffle has now been completed.
Over 75 people won prizes during our 12 Draws of Christmas with our overall winner – Ms Emer Tormey from Number 47 Medical Practice – Drogheda, winning our prize: A romantic hotel break away for two in The Shelbourne Hotel – Dublin!”
Thank you everyone who took part. We plan to another campaign in the new year – perhaps a 2-3 day competition around valentines day.

How does it work?
You don’t need to do anything, just keep sending out Billinks as normal and every Billink sent earns you one ticket to a daily draw. So if you send 10 Billinks in a day that’s 10 tickets for that day’s draw. All tickets will be linked to the practice staff member who sent the Billink and the prize will go to whoever’s name is on the ticket!
Do Billinks sent during the weekend count?
Of course!
Can i win more than once?
Yep.
When will the winners be announced?
We will randomly select winners each morning at 9 am based on Billinks sent during the previous day (all Billinks sent up to midnight will be entered into the draw). We’ll send daily email updates to everyone to announce the winners and we’ll update them in this post too.
What can I win?
Here’s the exciting part – every day the prizes will gradually increase in value. We’ll be starting at €100 for the winner on Day 1 and increasing gradually up to the grand prize of a romantic getaway for one night for 2 people on Day 12. We will also have runner up prizes every day too.
How do I know how many tickets I have for each daily raffle?
You can track your daily ticket number each day from inside your Billink Dashboard right inside your software system. You can see your tickets and also the number of tickets earned by other colleagues in your practice. Click the ‘View Ticket Details’ as shown in the image below. A popup will show you the number of tickets you and your other colleagues in your practice have earned today
Clicking on the ‘View Results’ button will bring you back here to this blog so you can see who todays winners are.
Terms and Conditions:
The ’12 Draws of Christmas’ will run from Wednesday, December 8th to December 19th. Each Billink sent in the preceding 24hour period (up to 12 midnight) will create 1 ticket linked to the unique billink account of the member of staff sending the Billink. All practices in the billink network and all staff sending Billinks will be automatically eligible. Any practice or staff member who which to excluded from the draw can be removed by contacting contact@billinksupport.com Winners will be chosen at random each day at 9 am. Winners names and practice names will be posted here on the blog each day before 10 am. An email notification will be circulated to all active practices on our ’12 Draws of Christmas’ mailing list. Practices can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time and will then receive no further correspondence regarding the ’12 Draws of Christmas’. Unsubscribing will not affect any other non-draw correspondence regarding operational or update features from Billink to you. Prizes will be sent to winners before the 23rd of December. Prizes will be sent out after all draws have been completed.
