SOLO – Getting Started

You asked, we listened and then we delivered! You now have the ability to quickly resend a batch of SMS reminders to patients with outstanding Billinks. (this feature works really well when combined with the Monday morning insight report).

You can access this feature from inside the transaction page. To use this feature simply:

1. Select the Billinks you wish to resend (one, many or all).  *You can use the search filters to limit to specific dates.
2. Click the Batch SMS Resent button. *This page shows a handy count of the number of Billinks you’ve selected in step 1.
3. The list of patients and Billinks to be resent will now pop up for your confirmation. Click ‘OK’ when you are ready to send! Easy!
