BillinkServ – Overview
Introducing BillinkServ – our new integrated claims processing service
BillinkServ is designed to integrate with existing GP systems, offering an intuitive solution for managing healthcare claims. With a few simple clicks, you can create claims, select the necessary service codes, and even calculate claim values automatically. The platform also includes patient signature features via SigLink, allowing patients to sign claims digitally on their devices, reducing paperwork and streamlining the process.
In addition to claims submission, BillinkServ provides real-time tracking for each claim, letting you monitor the progress from submission to payment, all within a single interface. With its easy integration into GP systems like Socrates, BillinkServ enhances operational efficiency, offering deep integration features that allow you to file claims directly from a patient’s chart.

FAQ’s
How much does this cost?
There is no cost for activation, onboarding or having this in your system. GPServ’s rates have been 3% per successful claim paid. The rates once integrated will be exactly the same – 3% per successful claim submitted. There will be no minimum monthly fees, no subscription or set fixed fees for the service. Like all of Billinks services to date it will be a fee per success – a fee paid to GPServ for each successful claim paid
Do private insurance submissions cost more?
No it’s the same rate for all claim submissions
Can I used GPServ while I’m waiting for integrated BillinkServ?
Absolutely, we’d encourage that so you’re familiar with the system
How does the practice get paid as we currently get paid directly from the PCRS?
You’ll get paid the same way, no change. The PCRS will send payment to your practice account as usual and GPServ will debit your account for the agreed amount once per month
How do you submit the claims to the PCRS for us?
As part of the onboarding process we’ll ask you to apply for a new cert, send that to us and the GPServ team will make your submissions using that.
When STC’s are paid will that be synced back to my GP system?
With claims submitted through BillinkServ yes they will be.

What next?
The GPServ onboarding team will get you all set up with PCRS certs passwords etc and with any (or all) insurance companies so you can submit claims
Do I have to pick between GPServ and BillinkServ?
Absolutely not. In the same way that you can still log into healthlink to view your lab results you’ll always be able to log into GPServ to see things directly. We just expect, that like healthlink, if the integration is good enough you very rarely will have to. You will be always still free of course to make claims directly on the PCRS website.
